b. From Clients and Trial Users:

c. From End Users via Our Clients' Websites:

- Conversion-related data (form submissions, call triggers);
- Any personal data submitted via customized forms (at client discretion).
Important Note: NETFLY acts as a Data Processor in this context and does not access or use End User data except as instructed by the client.

- To provide, manage, and improve our Services;
- To facilitate onboarding, account management, and customer support;
- To carry out analytics and conversion performance tracking;
- To enforce contractual obligations and legal compliance;
- To conduct marketing campaigns and communicate updates;

8. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
NETFLY's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How We Use Google API Services:
We use Google OAuth authentication solely to enable our clients to connect their Google Ads accounts to our platform. This connection allows us to upload audience lists and conversion data — collected independently through our own Services — into our clients' Google Ads accounts on their behalf.
We do not retrieve, extract, or store Google user data for any purpose beyond providing this connectivity feature.
Our Limited Use Commitments:
We do not use any data obtained through Google APIs for:
- Targeted, personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising;
- Selling or providing data to third parties, data brokers, or information resellers;
- Determining creditworthiness or for lending purposes;
- Building user profiles or databases unrelated to the Services;
- Training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Any data accessed through Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in our application's user interface — specifically, the ability for clients to sync audience and conversion data to their connected Google Ads accounts.
9. Sharing and Disclosure of Data
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with:
- Authorized service providers: Cloud infrastructure, CRM, analytics, email services;
- Affiliates and subsidiaries within NETFLY's corporate group;
- Legal authorities, if required by applicable law or in response to lawful requests;
- In business transfers, such as mergers or acquisitions;
- With consent, where applicable and clearly communicated.
10. International Transfers
NETFLY may store or process personal data in the United States or other countries. If data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or Privacy Shield frameworks (if applicable).
